Most of the staff were exceptional. They were friendly and helpful, especially Karen during breakfast duty. She made an effort to pack us snack bags for our kids, which we truly appreciated. The room was spacious and clean, providing the comfort we needed for our five-night stay. I also found the hot tea and coffee available all day to be a lovely touch that made our mornings easier.

Had issues with unexpected charges during check-in, which were confusing and frustrating given that I arrived within the designated check-in window. Breakfast experience was disappointing—waffle irons down, cold oatmeal, and little effort made to replenish items, giving off a vibe of neglect. Lighting in the room felt overly intense, making it uncomfortable at times, particularly for someone sensitive to bright lights.

The central location made it easy to navigate the area. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with quality bed linens and a large TV. Breakfast service could be inconsistent, and during busy periods, some staff members were less accommodating, which was frustrating, especially with young children. Karen, however, provided excellent service and even packed us snacks for our trip. Additionally, the absence of a wider food menu options was noticeable as I was excited about trying the smoked fish.
